My Express Shipping Nightmare: 20 Days for a 3-5 Day Promise 😡
I’m writing this to warn other potential buyers about my infuriating online shopping experience. I felt compelled to share this after being completely let down by the service I paid for, which led me to a frustrating conversation with their support team. My feeling about this whole ordeal is simple: Terrible company. Ordered glasses March 30th, paid for express shipping 3-5 because my old glasses broke. Day 5 roles around still in production, day 10 still in production. Day 11 I call to ask for a shipping refund, they seemed like they do it all the time by the way she responded. So i got the 10$ in shipping but these glasses are STILL 6 days out on delivery. Stop giving terrible companies your money let them die out because someone doesnt give a crap about their customers and I will telling all my four eyed friends to never shop here. Terrible terrible terrible. This is why I had to call them.
Customer: I’m calling about my order. I paid for 3-5 day express shipping on March 30th and my glasses are still in production. It’s been 11 days. This is ridiculous.
CS Rep: I do apologize for the delay and I completely understand your frustration. Let me look up your order. I see there has been a delay in the lab. I can refund your $10 shipping fee for the inconvenience.
Customer: A $10 refund doesn't help me see. I needed these glasses last week because my old pair is broken. I paid extra for a reason. When will I actually get my order?
CS Rep: I am truly sorry. I see the production is now complete and the estimated delivery is another six days from now. The refund is the most I can offer at this stage.
Customer: So my 3-5 day shipping is now going to be almost 20 days? Unbelievable. There won't be a next time. Just make sure I get my glasses.
CS Rep: I understand your disappointment, and I have confirmed your order will be shipped today. Your feedback is important, and I will escalate this to our management team.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
