This whole ordeal has been a nightmare. I spent two days desperately trying to TALK TO A HUMAN to resolve the issue, but had absolutely no luck. The automated bot kept sending a return label to an email address I never received. When I finally did connect with someone, they sent the WRONG INFORMATION FOR THE RETURN. This level of ineptitude is truly astonishing, and it compelled me to engage with their customer service to get this nightmare sorted out.
Customer: I'm calling about order [Order Number]. I received my $372 glasses, and they're scratched. I've been trying for two days to get a return label, but the bot just keeps sending it to an email I haven't received! CS Rep: I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you've experienced, sir/ma'am. That's certainly not the experience we want for our customers.
