Warning: A 14-Day Headache & A 15th-Day Nightmare 😠
I feel compelled to share my experience as a warning. I ordered glasses online hoping for convenience but instead got a nightmare. I received terrible glasses that gave me headaches for 14 days of trying them. I asked to return them on the 15th day, and they said absolutely not--their return policy is 14 days. Very unhelpful customer service. The sheer inflexibility and lack of concern for my well-being, especially after I explained the physical pain their product was causing, forced me to call them and demand a better resolution.
Customer: I can't believe this. I've had a constant headache for two weeks because of your glasses, and you're telling me I can't return them because I'm one day late? CS Rep: I am very sorry to hear about the discomfort the glasses have caused you, and I understand your frustration with the timing of our return policy. Customer: Understanding doesn't help. I'm stuck with a product that's unusable and physically hurts me. Is a one-day difference really worth losing a customer over? CS Rep: You're right, it isn't. I sincerely apologize for the trouble. Given the circumstances, I am going to make an exception and process a full refund for you. I can email you a prepaid return label right now. Customer: Fine. That’s what should have happened from the start. Please send the label. CS Rep: It's on its way to your inbox. Again, my apologies for the negative experience. We'll process your refund as soon as we receive the return.
