A $19.95 Lie & A Customer Service Nightmare 💸 Don't Make My Mistake.
I'm writing this as a warning about my terrible online shopping experience. I needed glasses quickly and their site promised "next day delivery," so I paid the extra $19.95. It was a complete lie. In my opinion, this place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. After getting stuck in endless automated loops on their phone and chat systems, I was furious and finally managed to get a live person on the phone.
Customer: I finally got a real person. I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery on my order and it took a full week to arrive. I want my shipping fee refunded immediately.
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about the delay and the trouble you've had reaching us. I can certainly look into this for you. Can you please provide your order number?
Customer: It’s [order number]. Your whole system is a nightmare. I’ve sent six emails with no reply. I had to pretend I was placing a new order just to speak to a human. This is unacceptable.
CS Rep: Thank you for that information, and I sincerely apologize for the runaround. I see your order details, and you are absolutely right. The service you paid for was not provided. I am processing a full refund of the $19.95 shipping fee for you right now.
Customer: Fine. It shouldn't have been this difficult. You've lost my business for good.
